Dance and yoga for children and adults, focusing on African styles, dancehall and Latin. Yoga classes seven days a week for both beginners and experienced yogis.

Founder of the school's Irini Dougias Andersson. The aim is to offer an effortless dance and yogstudio where the focus is to sweat and have fun, regardless of age.

Children's classes are based primarily on having fun, dancing induce pleasure, take advantage of children's natural energy and creativity, and to sneak in exercises that develop children's coordination, motor skills and sense of rhythm. Dom courses we have to offer targeted at children from 2-12 years.

Adult classes is to let loose, copious amounts of sweat and maybe get in a lot of fancy dance moves to show up when it becomes a party. For adults, we have yoga, morning, lunch and evening, Dancehall Fitness, African dance, salsa & reggaeton and our special course around the world. Dance Around the course consists of four lessons African dance, bollywood four classes and four classes oriental dance.

Our main mission is to spread positive energy and joy of dance through dance and music from around the world!
